Title: Recent Progress in Neutron Star Dynamics

Abstract: We will discuss the recent progress made in the study of neutron star dynamics. Emphasis will be given in the rotational instabilities and their gravitational wave output. In addition we will discuss the dynamics of strongly magnetized neutron stars and our attempts to estimate their parameters and their internal structure.
